Construcții Erbașu will build a hotel in the center of Oradea, near the Museum of the Criș Country. The Bihor County Council announced that the concession contract for the land where the 10 million EUR investment is to be carried out has been signed.
Construcții Erbașu, the company that won the auction organized by CJ Bihor for the hotel’s construction, is set to pay an annual royalty of 29,857.50 EUR for the land leased from CJ Bihor.
The concession contract is for 25 years, totaling 746,437.50 EUR. The minimum royalty set as the auction’s starting point was 736,500 EUR for 25 years. Additionally, the institution specified that the minimum investment amount established in the specifications was 5,971,500 EUR.
The land on which the hotel will be built is located in the vicinity of the Museum of the Criș Country and the future Multifunctional Cultural Center, covering an area of 3,981 sqm. The hotel is a private investment, and the building will have a height regime of B+GF+7 floors. The hotel will have a capacity for up to 266 people.
A total of 112 rooms will be arranged, including 4 for people with disabilities and 14 apartments. The hotel will feature a restaurant, a bar, two conference rooms, and a gym. Exterior arrangements will include vehicle and pedestrian access, an 18-space parking lot, and green areas.
