Construcții Erbașu Conceded Land for Hotel Development
Bihor County Council announced that the construction company Erbașu won the auction for the concession of a land plot of nearly 4,000 sqm, located in the central area of Oradea, where a 7-story hotel will be built.
The hotel will be built five minutes from the city center, in the proximity of the Museum of the Criș Country, the future Cultural Center, and the stadium to be constructed.
CJ Bihor finalized the procedure for awarding the right of use over the 3,981 sqm land. The winner, Construcții Erbașu, is the only company that submitted an offer in the auction launched in October by CJ Bihor. The company will pay an annual royalty of 30,000 EUR.
The construction of the hotel will be carried out through a private investment of 10 million EUR. The hotel will have an accommodation capacity for approximately 280 people. The exterior landscaping will include a vehicle and pedestrian access road, a parking lot with 18 spaces, and green areas.
The investment will be carried out in four phases. The first phase of the project involves the preparation of the technical-economic documentation for the investment objective, within a maximum of 6 months from the completion of the Superficies Contract. The second phase of the project consists of obtaining the Building Permit within a maximum of 4 months from the date of completion of the technical-economic documentation.
The next stage involves starting construction within a maximum of 1 month from the date of obtaining the Building Permit, and the final phase involves completing the investment within a maximum period of 2 years from the date the Building Permit is issued.
