Flavours Group continues its expansion with seven new projects by the end of 2025

The Flavours Group, one of the market leaders in premium catering and restaurants in office buildings, ended 2024 with a turnover of €16.8 million, up 21.7% year-on-year and 5.7% above initial estimates. Operating profit doubled, marking the best-performing year in the company’s 23-year history.

For 2025, Flavours aims to expand its restaurant network and develop new concepts. The strategy aims to optimize the performance of the Stradale Lunch Society locations, expand the Stradale Inside segment (dedicated to companies) and strengthen the Stradale Carnivale concept.

The year started with the launch of the first Stradale SnackAttack location, an Asian concept, in the Europe House building in Bucharest, following an investment of EUR 150 thousand.

By the end of 2025, the group will inaugurate seven new projects, including:

  • a new events venue under the Flavours brand;
  • two Stradale SnackAttack restaurants;
  • two educational projects in Bucharest and Cluj;
  • two corporate restaurants under the Stradale Inside brand.

In parallel, the group is consolidating its position by launching the Stradale Events concept – a complete catering service for corporate and private clients – and by implementing the Stradale mobile application, part of the internal digitalization process.

“The 2024 financial results confirm what we have been building for over two decades – a group with strong brands that offer authentic and healthy experiences. The accelerated growth motivates us to carry this vision forward into 2025,” said Raluca Țeposu, Founder of Flavours Group.

CEO Bogdan Tiu emphasizes that the group’s differentiator remains innovation and commitment to quality: “We have succeeded in transforming catering into a premium experience, redefining the corporate lunch and offering healthy meals in educational institutions.”

Among the key projects developed in 2024 are the launch of the first Stradale Carnivale in partnership with Transylvania College in Cluj-Napoca (investment: EUR 350 thousand), new Stradale locations in the U-Center, Equilibrium (Bucharest) and Emerson (Cluj) buildings, as well as the modernization of the Stradale restaurant and the opening of the Mitzu café in Bucharest Business Park.

To support growth, the Flavours team has grown to 400 employees in 2024, 27% more than the previous year. The group has also invested in digitalization processes – implementing its own ERP, electronic time clocking and optimizing operational workflows – as well as in sustainability, focusing on reducing food waste.

For 2025, Flavours expects a 25% growth in turnover, supported by network expansion and investment in innovation and sustainability.
