Alpha Builders Group is well advanced with the works on OLIMP TOWER, a new luxury residential complex on the Romanian coast.
Alpha Builders Group SA announced in 2023 the start of construction works for OLIMP TOWER, a residential project located 40 meters from the sea, in the Olimp resort in the immediate vicinity of the hotels Maramureș, Banat and Novum by the Sea.
The building is 2S+F+G+21E, reaching about 70 m high. It includes 210 apartments as well as elements that will define the adjacent service area such as a panoramic terrace on the top level (with glass floor mounted in cantilever 4 m outside the building structure), wine bar, fine dining restaurant, conference room, commercial spaces for luxury brands, SPA area with sauna, saline, massage, semi-Olympic swimming pool and fitness room, concierge services.
OLIMP TOWER is one of Alpha Builders Group’s high-rise development projects along with Marina Tower and Tomis Tower II. Alpha Builders Group has also completed Traian Tower and Tomis Tower I on the seaside.
