The complex, managed by the Aron family, includes a 150-room hotel, an aparthotel with 114 apartments, and Casa Alpin, which features 25 rooms and 7 apartments. All are rated as four-star accommodations. The company has 172 employees.

For 2025, the company will invest €800,000 to modernize spaces designed for families with children and the event halls. “Without constant investments, you cannot remain competitive, especially in a weaker tourism market,” stated David Aron, CEO of Alpin 2003.

In the first half of 2025, the turnover saw a 6% increase, and the average occupancy rate was 65%. For the upcoming month of August, an occupancy rate of 80% is estimated. Foreign tourists now represent 20% of the hotel’s clients, with their numbers having tripled in recent years.
