Trump family enters Romanian real estate market

The Trump Organization has officially announced the development of the “Trump Tower Bucharest” project in the center of Bucharest, together with SDC Imobiliare, one of the most important luxury real estate developers in the country.

The new project will be a symbol of luxury and bring Trump brand standards to the heart of Eastern Europe.

Trump Tower Bucharest will include luxury residential apartments and exclusive amenities, offering personalized service and a sophisticated lifestyle for residents and guests. The Trump Organization’s global expansion project aims to develop residential, hotel and golf course properties in emerging markets around the world, the official statement said.

Another major project is planned in Cluj Napoca, on Borzaș hill, in the Somșeni neighborhood, as part of the “Transilvania Smart City” project.

Work on the project in the capital will start by the end of August, when Eric Trump, who is directly responsible for expanding the TRUMP brand around the world, will also come to Romania.
