Six hotels and one restaurant located on the Black Sea coast, in the resorts of Saturn and Eforie Nord, will be put up for auction for lease. The locations are being auctioned by THR Marea Neagră, in which Transilvania Investments holds 78.6% of the shares.
The Bran-Brad-Bega hotel complex is in the spotlight for investors. The hotel is rated 4 stars, has over 200 rooms, and has benefited in recent years from investments in renovating the outdoor pool and other areas of the complex.
The Aida, Siret, and Sirena hotels are traditionally dedicated to family tourism. Entrepreneurs looking to start or develop their businesses on the Black Sea shore can choose based on the size of the hotel, which range between 150 and 300 rooms. All three hotels are located in the immediate vicinity of the beach in the Saturn resort.
Lease auctions will also be organized for the Prahova Restaurant and the Semiramis and Tosca hotels in Saturn. The auctions are scheduled between December 16 and 20.

Tender documents can be purchased from the THR Marea Neagră headquarters at 29 Lavrion St., Mangalia, or in electronic format until December 14. The purchase also grants the right to visit the locations before the auctions are held.
