Online visibility – all mentions in the online press, blogs, forums, and social networks are aggregated in this indicator.

The evolution of the total number of mentions for tourism brands compared to the previous month and the number of sources where the mentions were made are also taken into account.

Top expressions – within this indicator, a breakdown is provided for the number of mentions for brands considered relevant to the category, the number of sources where the mentions were made, and the estimated number of impressions generated by these mentions, available for each individual brand.

Facebook Activity – an indicator related to the aggregated visibility of the Facebook pages considered in the category, with the following being relevant: the aggregated number of fan interactions, average response rate, posts made (text or video), and evolution compared to the previous period.

Facebook top players – a breakdown of the brand pages considered for the Facebook Activity category takes place.

Fans, Posts, Interactions, and Share of Voice (represented by the total sum of pages in the database for the category, not just those displayed) are the four indicators found.

Facebook Timing – in this section, a daily breakdown of the number of posts and interactions (likes, comments, shares on posts) aggregated from the pages considered in the category is provided, with the breakdown being done by hourly intervals.
