THR Marea Neagră (EFO), an operator of hotels on the Romanian coast, ended the first half of 2025 with a net profit of almost RON 10 mln, down 33.2% compared to H1 2024, and with turnover of RON 7.7 mln, down 2.3%.
Total revenues, including rentals and sales of assets, amounted to RON 46.5 million, an increase of 141.5% compared to the same period last year.
In H1 2025, the company leased several coastal assets:
- Saturn: Complex Semiramis, Siret, Narcis-Cleopatra, Balada (until sale), Buffet Narcis, Complex Tosca
- Venus: Raluca-Orion Complex
- Eforie Sud: Complex Capitol (until sale), Complex Magura, Băi Reci Nămol
- Eforie Nord: Complex Bran-Brad-Bega
During the same period, THR Black Sea sold:
- Capitol Complex (Eforie Sud) – EUR 1.5 million
- Balada Complex (Saturn) – EUR 6.1 million
- Land in Saturn, between 25.850 EUR and 42.130 EUR
The company manages hotels such as Hotel Vraja Mării, Complex Bran-Brad-Bega, Hotel Aida, Hotel Balada, Hotel Siret, Hotel Cerna, Hotel Hora, Hotel Sirena, Hotel Narcis, Hotel Cleopatra.
THR Marea Neagră is valued at RON 93 million and is 75.3% controlled by Transilvania Investments Alliance. EFO shares have risen 14.6% since the beginning of the year, on trades of RON36.8 million on the BVB.
