Simpler than ever: textile rental for hostels, vacation homes and tourist apartments – Linen2GO launches in Romania

From July 2025, accommodation owners have a reliable ally: Linen2GO. The innovative textile rental service is coming to Romania, offering a modern and hassle-free solution for small tourist establishments looking to completely outsource the textile side of the business.

The successful Linen2GO model, already implemented in Austria, is mainly aimed at guesthouses, hotel apartments (Airbnb), boutique hotels, but also SPA centers looking for an alternative to purchasing textiles and laundry services themselves – without hidden costs, without employees, without investments in equipment and textiles.

No worries, just clean textiles that you pick up whenever you want

In Brasov county, the high-tech Linen2GO Express truck will be regularly available in Brasov, Poiana Brasov and Bran – three of the most frequented tourist areas in the country. Customers can pick up clean bed linen and bath towels and return used ones when they need them via an efficient, easy-to-use and predictable app.

A Linen2GO ServiceBox will be available in Bucharest. This automated container functions as a quick and digitized access point for owners of small accommodations in the capital.

It’s all digital – simple, efficient and at your fingertips

With the Linen2GO app, users can pick up and pay for clean items, track and manage their own stock and return linen and towels completely independently. RFID technology ensures full traceability as each item is chip-enabled, allowing it to be managed in a transparent and professional way. It’s all designed to save time, with no red tape or phone calls for ordering.

Quality, professionally laundered linen

The textiles are washed and maintained by Salesianer, a national leader in the field of textile washing and disinfection for the hospitality industry. The same high standard used in hospitals and hotel chains is now available for small establishments – in a flexible, no-obligation format.

The launch in Brasov and Bucharest is just the first step. Linen2GO is planning to expand to other tourist counties in the coming period to offer the same modern and flexible service to as many accommodation owners as possible.

“We had in mind all those who run small hotels, serviced apartments or bed and breakfasts and want a service that takes the hassle out of it – no textile purchases, no washing machines, no extra staff, no phone calls to find out ‘when the linen is coming’, no nerves and items tangled with other locations. It’s a digital, user-friendly concept, designed for the dynamics of modern tourism”, says Adrian Chiorean, manager Linen2GO Romania.
