The low-cost airline flyDubai, part of the Emirates Group, is expanding its presence in Romania by launching a new direct route between Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Iasi. The first flight is scheduled for September 19, 2025, with the route to be operated twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The flights will be operated by Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft and the estimated flight time is approximately 6 hours and 20 minutes.
FlyDubai thus continues its expansion strategy on the Romanian market, in addition to the already existing routes to Bucharest. The company also operates regular flights between Dubai and Bucharest’s Henri Coandă airport.
