REQUIREMENTS:
– Managerial experience, advantage in a similar position;
– Higher education;
– Solid knowledge of English and another international language;
– Good PC operating skills, Microsoft Office suite;
– Knowledge of the Opera or Fidelio system is an advantage;
– Organizational capacity to meet established deadlines and work discipline;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Leads, coordinates, and controls the activity of the reception departments (front office manager, receptionists, concierge staff) and housekeeping (executive housekeeper, maids);
– Responsible for Customer Care activities, both in relation to Wyndham Hotels Group and in relation to clients coming through other channels;
– Resolves tourist complaints and dissatisfactions related to the quality of hotel services that could not be resolved by the reception and undertakes measures to prevent them;
– Supervises compliance with job duties and internal procedures, respectively brand standards, for subordinate personnel;
– Controls, inventories, and analyzes stocks of consumable materials and the evolution of expenses in subordinate departments;
– Responsible for making reservations in the Opera system, correct issuance of invoices, collection of service values, etc.;
– Monitors the execution of contracts, compliance with contractual clauses and payment deadlines;
– Participates in the recruitment and selection of subordinate personnel, is actively involved in the training and induction process, job description development, personnel evaluation, etc.;
– Monitors the quality of services offered to guests and measures customer satisfaction levels;
– Responsible for compliance with current legislation regarding the activities they coordinate and lead.
