MAIN DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES:
1. Organizes the activity of floor maids and public area cleaning staff regarding the cleaning of rooms, sanitary groups, bathrooms, hallways, restaurants, conference rooms
2. Supervises the method and quality of cleaning in rooms and public areas, monitors the functioning of installations and amenities in rooms and annexes, as well as the room presentation for occupancy by hotel guests
3. Tracks minibar product consumption and communicates it to Reception for inclusion in guest invoices and collection of payment
4. Prepares attendance sheets for subordinate staff, approves vacation leave for subordinates, and establishes work shifts
5. Controls the application and compliance with the system for collecting dirty linen, transport and delivery to the laundry, pickup, and proper storage
6. Coordinates with Reception regarding room occupancy or availability status
7. Participates in the reception of repair works carried out in rooms and hotel annexes
8. Manages the amenities and inventory in rooms, pantries, and annexes, delegating sub-management to floor and public area maids
9. Ensures that other paid services offered to hotel guests (laundry, dry cleaning) are transmitted to reception for payment collection
10. Participates in the inventory of fixed assets, soft inventory, and inventory items
