Grand Hotel Gardone, owned by the Pavăl brothers, will open in 2026 under the LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, after the Hilton group announced it will open its first property in Italy under this brand.

Thus, Grand Hotel Gardone Lake Garda, purchased by Apex Alliance and Pavăl Holding in May of this year, will become Grand Hotel Gardone Lake Garda – LXR Hotels & Resorts, scheduled for inauguration in 2026 after an investment valued at approximately 45 million EUR.

Upon completion of the extensive renovation process, most of the hotel’s high-ceilinged rooms will offer a view of the lake, which can be admired from private balconies. In addition to the 160 rooms, the hotel will offer two restaurants, two bars, and a Spa center with indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a fitness room. For private and corporate events, the hotel will feature a space of 825 sqm, including a ballroom with an exceptional terrace overlooking the lake.
