The Greek islands in the tour operator’s offer, to which Samos and Lesbos were added this summer, recorded increases of up to 15% compared to 2017, with a charter flight occupancy rate of 98%, while demand for holidays in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Cyprus was 10% higher.
In the case of domestic tourism, due to the holiday vouchers granted to public sector employees in 2018, the demand for holidays increased by 60% compared to last year.
