Orbis Hotel Group, AccorHotels’ strategic partner in Eastern Europe, is opening its first hotel in Timisoara next year, following the signing of a franchise agreement for a Mercure hotel with its local partner and investor, S.C. PANERACONS I&I S.R.L.
The newly built hotel, which will open in the second quarter of 2019, will feature 60 rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant, and a bar, and will be classified as a 4-star establishment.
The building will be environmentally responsible, meeting the performance requirements of the BREEAM certification standard, Outstanding level.
The hotel, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2019, will join the Mercure network, AccorHotels’ midscale brand.
