The Hungarian firm KESZ Epito es Szerelo has won the tender for the development of a wellness complex in Oradea. The contract is valued at 86.5 million RON, including VAT, and will be co-financed with European funds through the Regional Operational Programme.
The thermal wellness complex, named "Nymphaea", will include 6 buildings, 7 outdoor pools, and a series of landscaping, sports, and leisure facilities. The project will have a total built area of approximately 12,200 sqm and will be located on the site of the municipal swimming pool in Oradea.
