Nordis Group, the developer of 5-star hotel and residential complexes in Romania, is currently constructing 3 mixed-use developments (hotel and residential)—Nordis Mamaia, Nordis Brașov, Nordis Sinaia—and a futuristic residential building, Nordis View, located on Fabrica de Glucoză Road in the Floreasca area of the capital.

Upon the hotel’s opening, the restaurant and SPA area will be functional; work is currently underway on the hotel kitchen, located on the ground floor of Building 1, with the necessary equipment and furniture already purchased.
For Hotel Building 2, the ground floor commercial areas and the first 8 floors are finished, while the upper floors are in progress. Installation of wallpaper, carpeting, and final preparations for furnishing are scheduled for the coming period, and utilities are functional.
Nordis Mamaia is developing the largest SPA in Romania, which includes 5 indoor pools, numerous treatment and massage rooms, saunas, and even Private SPA areas where clients can enjoy a relaxation session in privacy.
The Nordis Mamaia complex comprises 2 hotel buildings and 5 residential buildings, with all hotel services and facilities accessible to both Nordis owners and tourists.
