Nordis Group Announces €47 Million Investment

Nordis Group, the developer of 5-star hotel and residential complexes, is investing over EUR 47 million in the Nordis Mamaia 5-star complex by the end of the year.

These investments target Phase 1, which includes landscaping, finishing buildings 3 and 4, fully furnishing the hotel, and preparing the opening of year-round facilities: restaurant, commercial gallery, and the completion of the 3,200 sqm SPA center. In Phase 2, currently under construction, an investment of EUR 24.2 million is estimated by year-end. Additionally, construction of a 1,200-space parking lot is being prepared, an investment of approximately EUR 12.4 million. The complex is built on an area of over 43,000 sqm.

Hotel guests and residential apartment owners will have access to premium services such as room service, concierge, and valet parking, but especially to the 5-star hotel’s premium facilities open year-round: 3,200 sqm SPA, fitness room, indoor and outdoor pools, 12 restaurants and cafes, multi-purpose event hall, ballroom, playgrounds, VIP Cinema, medical recovery clinic, and private beach.

Nordis Group is developing a hotel and residential complex with over 2,800 units, which is why it included a 12-story parking lot in the Nordis Mamaia plan from the design phase to ensure sufficient parking for residents and tourists. The parking lot is located across from the complex, on the shore of Lake Siutghiol, and will be equipped with charging stations for electric cars. The investment allocated to the parking lot amounts to EUR 12.4 million.

Within the Mamaia Nord complex, the developer owns and retains ownership of all commercial spaces and ground-floor areas of the hotels and residential buildings to maintain the quality of services and brands in the commercial gallery, exercising careful control over tenants. These spaces were appraised by ANEVAR evaluators and have a value of over EUR 19,000,000.

With the official opening of the hotel, buyers who opted for the first real estate investment concept—purchasing a hotel room—will begin receiving passive income.
