The Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism recently published the new template models for the tourism license, certificate, and patent, which are set to replace the templates used until now.

Thus, the old templates are replaced by these new ones, represented below.
According to the methodological norms contained in ANAT Order no. 65/2013:
- the tourism license is the document issued by the central public institution responsible for tourism, certifying the capacity of the economic operator, the license holder, to market travel service packages and/or components thereof, under quality and safety conditions for travelers/final consumers;
- the tourism patent is the document issued by the central public institution responsible for tourism, certifying the professional capacity in the field of tourism of the natural persons who ensure the management of travel agencies and/or tourist reception structures;
- the classification certificate is the document issued by the central public institution responsible for tourism, representing a codified form of synthetic presentation of the level of comfort, the quality of facilities, and the services provided within tourist reception structures with accommodation and/or public catering functions. The classification certificate is accompanied by the sheet regarding the nominal classification of accommodation spaces by categories or by the sheet regarding the classification and organization of spaces in tourist reception structures with public catering functions, constituting an integral part thereof.
