The difference of approximately 1.2 billion RON is to be paid at the beginning of next year in accordance with the submitted and approved files.

– Measure 1 (M1) – Microgrants granted from non-reimbursable external funds: on November 23, 2021, the second call for funding ended, and the approximate number of applicants is 33,000, resulting in a sum of approximately 66 million EUR.

– Measure 2 (M2) – Working capital grants: approximately 2,966 companies have not yet received state aid under this measure. These arrears total nearly 570 million RON.

– the third measure established by GEO 130/2020, Investment grants for SMEs, was blocked during this year, but the instrument was taken over by the Ministry of Investment and European Projects through the Competitiveness Operational Program, Measure 4.1.1. “Investments in productive activities,” through which micro-enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will be able to obtain European funds between 50,000 and 1 million EUR.
