The total value of real estate investments planned for the next five years in Brașov is estimated at 500 million EUR, according to an analysis presented during the Brașov Roundtable by Romania Property Club (RPC), based on data collected from the main developers and investors active in the Brașov market.

The inauguration of the new international airport in Ghimbav could provide new business opportunities for all real estate sectors, with increased dynamism for hotels, residential, and logistics.

Brașov has 52 hotels of three, four, and five stars, of which one is affiliated with an international brand – Radisson Blu Aurum.
