Within the “Competitiveness for Artisans” project (project no. 2022/360166), funded with the support of grants provided by Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway through the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, under the “SME Development Program in Romania,” the Bridge Language Study House Association has developed a series of 15 video tutorials aimed at supporting the professional training of SME entrepreneurs, particularly those involved in artisan and handicraft activities.
The themes were carefully selected so that, by completing the video materials, participants will be able to:
- choose suitable social networks for promoting their own products;
- write attractive promotional copy;
- interpret social media analytics;
- maintain contact with customers efficiently and creatively;
- create and edit visual materials (photos and videos) for digital marketing;
- create a presentation website on various platforms;
- create a webshop and interpret website analytics;
- effectively resolve unpleasant situations in customer relations.
