Four Ibis Hotels Rebranded Under the Continental Brand

The Continental Hotels chain has completed the rebranding operation of four hotels in the company’s portfolio after deciding by mutual agreement with Accor to terminate the management agreement signed 20 years ago.

Thus, following the rebranding process, Continental Forum Constanta was opened on May 19, Continental Forum Bucharest on May 30, while MyContinental Sibiu will be opened in July, and MyContinental Bucharest will be opened to the general public in the autumn of this year.

In this year Continental Hotels celebrates 30 years of activity on the Romanian market, stated Radu Enache, CEO of Continental Hotels.

The renovation and refurbishment works for the four hotels—Continental Forum Bucharest, Continental Forum Constanta, MyContinental Bucharest, and MyContinental Sibiu—have a total duration of approximately eight months, with the investment amounting to 6.85 million EUR.

Continental Hotels was founded 30 years ago and includes its own brands: Grand Hotel Continental (5 stars), Continental Forum (4 stars), Continental (3 stars), Hello Hotels (2 stars), MyContinental (3 stars), as well as food & beverage brands: Concerto Restaurant, Balkan Bistro, Bistro Continental, Mondo Restaurant, Victoria Club, Tekaffe, Continental Confectionery.
