Thus, the hotels will be disinfected by a certified company before reopening their doors to tourists, through advanced disinfection procedures approved by relevant institutions in the field.
Also, guests will have the option to clean their own rooms, thus staying away from hotel employees and earning points in their member accounts, which they can later turn into discounts for future stays or at hotel restaurants. If guests opt for the cleaning services offered by the hotel, the employees handling this will wear protective equipment.
One of the most important safety measures is maintaining a 3-day interval before accommodating the next guest in a room.
Also, a new breakfast and room service concept with single-use packaging, ordering by phone or at the restaurant, will ensure social distancing and minimal contact with other guests.
Among the changes made to the safety measures of the hotels developed and managed by Apex Alliance Hotel Management are:
- increasing the frequency of disinfecting the hotels’ public spaces
- encouraging the use of the digital key to minimize contact with hotel employees
- limiting access to the fitness center (upon reopening), depending on its surface area
- replacing mugs/glasses in rooms with single-use ones
- elevator use by a single person/family/couple staying in the same room

All these measures will be added to checking employees’ temperatures and respiratory symptoms, managing tourist queues through floor markers to ensure a distance of at least one meter, and arranging tables in the restaurant (upon reopening) to ensure a distance of at least 1m between tables, but also between chairs at the same table.
