“Amadeus has evolved from an airline GDS to a ‘one stop shop’ system for everything related to bookings. Thus, today we presented the Content Rail solution (which allows for railway bookings) and the Amadeus Hotels Plus solution (an aggregator and booking system for the hotel sector). Also, starting this month, a booking system for airport transfers is available in Romania. In this way, we aim to cover all booking needs, and our systems already provide centralized access to all these components,” concluded Robert Komartin, General Manager – Amadeus Romania.
The company launched a partnership with Blue Air, which allowed for the integration of the Amadeus booking system with that of the airline.
