AFI launches a new office project in Rahova

A new office project will be built on Soseaua Progresului in the capital by the Israeli company AFI Europe. The company, which also owns the AFI Palace Cotroceni shopping center in Bucharest, has already obtained the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for this investment, which will be carried out on the site of the former Inox factory in Rahova.
“The project will have about 50,000 square meters of offices and will specifically target companies in the IT sector. Next year we will start construction; we are currently taking steps to obtain the building permit,” said David Hay, CEO of AFI Europe.
The project will have three phases, involving the construction of two office buildings with leasable areas of 20,000 square meters each and one building of 10,000 square meters.
