Accor reports global growth and plans 18 new hotels in Romania

The Accor Hotels Group reported revenue growth of 3.1% at constant exchange rates for the third quarter of 2025, a performance that prompted an upward revision to the estimate for recurring EBITDA at group level. In parallel with the positive financial results, the company is strengthening its presence in the Romanian market, where it plans accelerated expansion in the coming years.

Globally, Accor recorded revenues of 1.369 bn. EUR 1.369 billion in the third quarter. Group management has revised its growth estimate for recurring EBITDA to a range between 11% and 12%. During the period under review, the Accor network expanded by 77 new hotels, totaling 11,200 rooms. At the end of September 2025, the group’s global portfolio included 5,760 hotels with 859,830 rooms, with a pipeline of 1,453 hotels in development, totaling more than 250,000 rooms.

On the local market, Accor currently operates 24 hotels with more than 2,600 rooms located in the main cities and tourist destinations in Romania. The group has confirmed an expansion plan to open 18 new hotels on the Romanian market by the end of 2027. These new hotels will add almost 2,000 additional rooms to the national portfolio.
