37 Million RON Investment in a Treatment Base in Vrancea County

A mineral water treatment base will be built in Vizantea-Livezi commune, Vrancea County, following a project worth over 37 million RON, carried out by the National Investment Company.

The base will feature a building with rooms for balneo treatment, electrotherapy, physiotherapy, tub baths, an indoor pool with a blend of mineral waters for both leisure and kinesitherapy, a restaurant, accommodation spaces, an outdoor leisure and treatment pool, changing rooms, toilets, etc. The treatment base will have a capacity of approximately 400 treatment spots and about 60 accommodation spots.

The project, valued at 37,516,152.49 RON, will be implemented through the “Other objectives of public or social interest in the field of construction” subprogram within the National Program for Construction of Public or Social Interest (PNCIPS), managed by the National Investment Company, an institution under the authority of the Ministry of Public Works, Development and Administration (MLPDA), according to a press release from the Ministry of Public Works.

The investment’s completion duration is 26 months, of which 24 months are for execution and 2 months for design. The project was developed in collaboration with the Vrancea Public Health Directorate and the Vrancea County Health Insurance House, to be authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the Ministry of Health, so that patients can benefit from procedures based on treatment tickets.
