The investment belongs to the company Coreunity Holdings from Ilfov, on a site owned by Ardeale Cosmetics SRL, where a showroom, an auto service, an ITP station, and a car wash currently operate—buildings that will be completely demolished. According to the proposed urban planning indicators, the maximum land occupancy percentage (POT) is 60%, and the maximum land use coefficient (CUT) reaches 2.64, with the obligation to ensure at least 20% green spaces. Main vehicle access will be from Unirii Boulevard, with parking spaces provided both in the two underground levels and at ground level. The investment is entirely private, with the beneficiary assuming all expenses for the necessary interventions on the public domain related to the complex.
