One United to Open One Gallery Featuring Marketta Food Hall

One United Properties is transforming the former Ford factory within the One Floreasca City development into a mixed-use space named One Gallery, with its opening scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The project will include office spaces, a museum celebrating the building’s industrial history, and the Marketta Food Hall gastronomic concept, an initiative aimed at revitalizing the first Ford factory with an operational assembly line in Eastern Europe.

Marketta Food Hall will occupy an area of over 6,000 sqm and will provide more than 2,000 seats, bringing together an extensive portfolio of HoReCa operators. Confirmed international brands include Relais de l’Entrecôte, Em Sherif Cafe (the first location in Romania), and Yubi Dubai. The local segment will be represented by concepts signed by renowned chefs, such as SHIRAG and MILANESE (Chef Florin Dumitrescu) or Zmoke (Chef Orlando Zaharia), alongside names like French Revolution, Boiler Coffee, Treevi Pizza al Taglio, and Tartuferia. The historic building, erected on land purchased by Henry Ford in the 1930s, was inaugurated in 1936 with 100 employees. Until its closure in 1948, under Soviet influence, approximately 2,500 vehicles were assembled annually at the facility.
