Yager Chalet in Postăvaru Massif Adds SPA and New Rooms

Opened at the beginning of 2020, Yager Chalet, which was developed by transforming the former gondola station in the Postăvaru Massif, is set to undergo construction again.

The company managing the tourist unit has submitted technical documentation to the Brașov Environmental Protection Agency to obtain the specialized permit for several expansion and interior remodeling works on the building. Thus, a SPA area is to be set up, and the attic will be functionalized to accommodate more guest rooms.

The SPA area will be on the first floor, where there will also be 11 rooms and 2 apartments, and after the remodeling, the attic will have another 11 rooms and 2 apartments.

The investment value is estimated at approximately 895 thousand RON excluding VAT. The initial works to transform the former gondola station into a chalet were authorized by the Brașov City Hall in May 2017.
