Amid the tense situation in Turkey, the online travel agency Vola.ro announces that it is waiving the 25 EUR service fee for modifying flight tickets to Turkey.
Thus, any fees charged by the airline for changing the flight date will still be paid by the passengers.
Manuela Melinescu, marketing manager at Vola.ro, stated that the agency is waiving the fee it normally charges for any type of modification, while the remaining conditions depend on the airline and the fare class at which the tourists purchased their tickets.
Melinescu also mentioned that there has been a 15% decrease in the number of flight tickets to Istanbul sold during this period.
