This year the summer season opens on April 15

According to a press release from the Litoral – Danube Delta Association, the summer season will open on April 15 with “Light from the Seashore” (the Easter Holiday), followed by FedCup – a women’s tennis competition between Romania and England which will take place from April 17-23. For the first time, starting this year, an official opening of the season will also be organized in the Danube Delta, announced ALDD President, Corina Martin.
Also, events for the May 1st mini-vacation will begin on April 27, with an electronic music festival and will then continue with concerts performed by Provincialii and Vunk.
“We open the season in Vama Veche on Saturday, April 29, and continue on Sunday in Mamaia with a drift car show and a mega concert on the beach with the bands Provincialii, Vunk, and the beloved Ionut Galani, after which we will launch hundreds of sky lanterns together with our tourists between Mamaia, Vama Veche, and the Danube Delta,” Corina Martin added.
