Of the total number of hotel beds, 39.5% were in 3-star hotels, 31.6% were in 2-star hotels, 21.4% in 4-star hotels, 4.3% in 5-star hotels, 2.9% in 1-star hotels, and 0.3% in unclassified hotels.
The majority of hotels, specifically 51.1%, were classified as 3-star, and 23.7% were 2-star. There were 34 five-star hotels, 3 more than on July 31, 2014, while four-star hotels numbered 294, 27 more than on July 31, 2014.
As of July 31, 2015, there were 116 unclassified tourist reception structures with accommodation functions, compared to 120 on the same date last year. The majority were student and preschool camps, accounting for 51.7% of the total.
Of the 1,545 hotels in operation on July 31, 2015, 5 hotels, with a total of 682 beds, were not classified by stars.

Of the total 148.1 thousand rooms in tourist reception structures with accommodation functions existing on July 31, 2015 (excluding rooms in bungalows), 95.4 thousand, representing 64.4% of the total, were in hotels. 
The number of rooms increased in 2015 by 2,173 in tourist pensions, by 2,170 in agrotourism pensions, by 1,666 in hotels, by 867 in hostels, by 270 in tourist chalets, and by 10 in holiday villages.
The number of tourist accommodation beds existing on July 31, 2015, was 328.3 thousand. Most beds, 190.3 thousand, were in hotels, followed by agrotourism pensions with 35.2 thousand beds, tourist pensions with 32.1 thousand beds, campsites with 15 thousand beds, and tourist villas with 14.5 thousand beds.
According to the operating mode of tourist reception structures with accommodation functions, 76.2% of total rooms were in permanent tourist reception structures.
Rooms with a bath or shower represented 96.4% of total rooms (excluding rooms in bungalows). In student and preschool camps, 56.2% of rooms were without a bath or shower.
