SIF Hoteluri Plans to Sell Eurohotel in Baia Mare

The Board of Directors of SIF Hoteluri has convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for December 21, 2022, where the sale of the three-star Eurohotel in Baia Mare will be decided.

The Board of Directors is to determine the best sale method, including through direct negotiation, and to approve the transaction price based on an evaluation report prepared no more than two months prior to the date of the EGMS decision to sell, according to the SIF Hoteluri announcement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The three-star hotel is equipped with 64 rooms, a restaurant with a capacity of 180 seats, a day bar with 46 seats, a terrace with 44 seats, two conference rooms with 220 seats, as well as a SPA center with a fitness room, swimming pool, and sauna.

SIF Hoteluri S.A. is the hotel holding of SIF Banat-Crișana, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (stock symbol CAOR). The company also owns: Eurohotel Timișoara (three stars) and the Beta hotel and bus station in Cluj-Napoca.
