Entrepreneur Radu Dumitrescu, founder of the SHC restaurant group, will consolidate all his businesses under the umbrella of a holding company called Randder Group, a decision made for tax optimization and easier group-level management. Through Randder Group, the founder will control all the legal entities through which he currently operates.
