"There were some tourism investors who showed interest in taking over the two hotels, but they could not satisfy the owner’s financial demands, so the asset is still available for sale awaiting a better offer," the cited sources specified.
According to them, a month and a half ago there was a meeting in London attended by several real estate agencies for a representation contract, but the amount requested for the two hotels rose to 160 million EUR.
The Radisson hotel is classified as 5 stars, and the Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest Hotel & Residence is classified as 4 stars.
