On January 21, the Chamber of Deputies and Google launched the online platform for the virtual tour of the Palace of the Parliament, through a free partnership, an initiative belonging to a Romanian from the diaspora, an employee of Google Ireland.
Valeriu Zgonea, President of the Chamber of Deputies, stated that nearly 150 paintings have been exhibited on the Google Cultural Institute platform, alongside the halls in the building that are open to the public.
According to the director of Google Romania, Dan Bulucea, the Palace of the Parliament is the first parliament in Central and Eastern Europe that can be visited on the Google Cultural Institute platform.
