Orbis Affiliates Two Hotels in Slovenia

The Orbis Hotel Group is entering Slovenia by signing a franchise agreement for two hotels in Maribor.
With the opening of Mercure and ibis Styles Maribor City Center, Slovenia will be the 12th country where Orbis is present, further strengthening its leadership position in the region.
Hotel Piramida, offering 76 rooms, will join the Mercure network, and Hotel Orel, with 71 rooms, will join the ibis Styles network starting in 2018. 
The Orbis Hotel Group is the largest hotel chain in Poland and Central Europe. Orbis owns 117 hotels and is the sole licensor for all Accor brands in 16 countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
