Hidro Salt B 92 SRL Constanta, A.B.C. Val SRL Bucharest and Manelli Impresa (Italy) have submitted bids for the expansion works of the Constanta Dolphinarium, a contract estimated at 19.1 million RON, excluding VAT, for 2 years.
The general objective of the project is to capitalize on tourist elements by expanding and equipping the infrastructure of the Dolphinarium within the Constanta Natural Science Museum Complex to European standards. More specifically, expansion works will be carried out on the existing pool by adding a 3,094 cubic meter pool.
At the same time, works will be executed to create an area that can be uncovered during the favorable season (approximately 8 months/year), as well as the creation of an acrylic glazed surface to increase interaction with the dolphins.
The project will be financed through the Program for the development of tourism investments – the Masterplan for tourism investments and the eligibility criteria for tourism investment projects, approved by HG 558/2017.
