The total built area is 10,154 sqm, of which 6,410 sqm are above ground and the remainder in 3 basements, on a land plot of 1,361 sqm.
One Plaza Athénée will feature approximately 100 rooms and will benefit from high-quality associated services, such as a swimming pool, spa, restaurants, and other ground-floor facilities.
