One of the Largest Hotels in Sibiu County is Up for Sale

The tourism complex in Bradu, Avrig, is structured across six levels: semi-basement, ground floor, two floors, two attics, and an observation point. It is one of the largest hotels built in Sibiu County. It has a built area of 12,100 sqm, with a ground footprint of 2,283 sqm. The land associated with the entire complex exceeds 8.5 ha. The hotel was at one point named Ramada Resort Avrig.

This represents an investment started by Constantin Morar in 2007, who passed away ten years later, through the company he co-owned in equal shares with his son – SC Tina SRL. The chosen location is on the crest of a hill at the exit of Bradu towards Avrig, 600 m from the DN1 national road and at an elevation of 45 m above the road level.

According to judicial liquidators, the level of construction completion varies by floor: the semi-basement is 60% complete, the ground floor 80-90%, the first and second floors are 100% finished, and the two attics have a completion rate of 30%.

The asking price is 3 million EUR.

The hotel was designed to offer accommodation in over 100 double rooms, 12 singles, five suites, and four studios, with sizes ranging from 18 to 70 sqm. It includes: two conference rooms with capacities of 220 and 160 seats respectively, two restaurants (280 and 180 seats – 100% finished), another secondary conference room, coffee break areas, cold storage, staff changing rooms, laundry and ironing facilities, a technical area, reception, business corner, and two panoramic elevators for guests, given the exceptional view over the Olt River.
