New urban planning certificate for an 11-story building in Mamaia
Through Urban Planning Certificate no. 2749 dated November 10, 2022, in the Mamaia resort, Hotel Select, plot 210295, Constanța, the document necessary for the construction of a building with vacation apartments and commercial spaces on the ground floor with a height regime of S1+S2+GF+10F-11F set back on the site of Hotel Select was requested and issued.
