New owners of Radisson Blu Bucharest hotel complex seek €3m damages from former owner

The new owners of the Radisson Blu hotel complex in Bucharest, investment funds Revetas Capital Advisors and Cerberus Capital Management, have requested €3 million in damages from the former owner, the Israeli company Elbit Imaging, alleging a breach of warranties stipulated in the sales contract.
At the end of 2017, Revetas and Cerberus acquired the approximately 98.2% stake held by Elbit in the operator of the Radisson Blu complex for €169.2 million.
