New owner of Terra Hotel in Neptun invests EUR 2.5 million in renovation and modernization

Businessman Stere Darlaiani, who owns the Scala Hotel in Constanta and has real estate investments on the coast and in Bucharest, has purchased the Terra Hotel in Neptun from the Micula brothers.
For the 2-star hotel with 320 rooms, Darlaiani paid EUR 2 million and is set to invest another EUR 2.5 million for renovation and modernization. The hotel is scheduled to open next year with a 4-star classification.
Following the investment, the hotel will feature a terrace and a swimming pool. In the first year, it will operate on a bed and breakfast basis, and from 2021, Terra will offer an all-inclusive regime, Darlaiani stated.
