SC Quintus SRL Sovata, a company owned and managed by businessman Káli Zoltan, has commenced work on the construction of a hotel complex at 57-59 Trandafirilor Street in Sovata.
The project was designed by SC Arc Studio SRL Miercurea Ciuc and received building permit no. 22 on May 7, 2021. The works are being executed by SC Sildab Cons SRL Sovata, and the estimated completion date is May 13, 2023.
