Real estate developer Imperia Imobiliare is making rapid progress on the construction of the Roua Residence Moara de Vânt aparthotel in Aroneanu, a €3.5 million investment. The project, which represents the first development of this type in the company’s portfolio and in the Iași area, has reached the top slab level, with the building’s structure close to completion.
The complex, with a height regime of basement + ground floor + 5 floors and a built area of approximately 4,000 sqm, will include 35 hotel-apartment units, commercial spaces on the basement and ground floor, as well as over 35 underground and above-ground parking spaces. Paul Avătăji, manager of the Imperia Imobiliare agency, stated that the physical progress of the works has reached 45%, being on schedule. Although the building permit issued by the Aroneanu Commune City Hall sets a completion deadline of June 16, 2029 (with works officially started on June 16, 2025), the developer estimates the project’s completion much faster, between December 2026 and March 2027. The company has not yet launched sales or rentals, following the strategy of completing the structure before entering the market. On the commercial segment, negotiations are underway to attract a retailer for the ground floor, with the remaining space to be divided later.
