The complete renovation of the iconic building on the banks of the Crișul Repede river, historically known as Hotel Dacia (built between 1967 and 1971), coincides with the 35th anniversary of the hotel chain’s activity on the Romanian market.
The modernization project aimed at the complete reconfiguration of the 168 rooms, now equipped with fully renovated bathrooms, new or reconditioned furniture, smart TVs, and modern access systems. Additionally, the technical infrastructure was fully rebuilt, including electrical, sanitary, and HVAC installations, with the heating plant being automated, and fire safety systems and IT networks brought up to current standards.
