Shareholders of the hotel company Aro Palace have mandated the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Călin Ile, to negotiate the sale of Hotel Coroana – Postăvarul in Braşov within 30 days. The hotel, classified at 2 stars, has a minimum set price of EUR 8.4 million.

Conditions regarding the transaction’s eligibility:

Businessman George Copos, who acquired the restaurant, announced that he would return it to the tourist circuit in 2024.
