Shareholders of the hotel company Aro Palace have mandated the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Călin Ile, to negotiate the sale of Hotel Coroana – Postăvarul in Braşov within 30 days. The hotel, classified at 2 stars, has a minimum set price of EUR 8.4 million.
Conditions regarding the transaction’s eligibility:
- requires payment of the price at the time of concluding the authentic sale-purchase agreement;
- in case of equal bids, the first bidder will be selected, respecting the rule of the highest price until the end of the thirty-day period established above;
- will draft a complete report, accompanied by documents regarding the negotiations and the selection of the buyer;

Businessman George Copos, who acquired the restaurant, announced that he would return it to the tourist circuit in 2024.
